Data Processing Addendum
For Customer Data in Adraa Mail, the customer is normally the controller and Adraa acts as processor. A signed DPA is available for eligible business customers on request.
1.Request a DPA
Email privacy@adraa.ai from an authorized company address. We will provide the current DPA and confirm the relevant service, processing instructions, and sub-processor information.
2.What it covers
The DPA addresses documented processing instructions, confidentiality, security measures, assistance with data-subject requests and incidents, return or deletion of Customer Data, and any applicable transfer safeguards. It takes effect only when signed by both parties.
